SYSCON Sensors FL-1 is an accurate, easy-to-use, rugged, thermal analysis system designed for foundries. It determines iron chemistry parameters from the cooling curve of molten iron. The FL-1 also measures and stores the molten metal bath temperature.
SYSCON designed and built the popular Electro-Nite Quik-Lab and Datacast digital thermal analysis instruments, beginning in 1978. The SYSCON FL-1 builds from that familiar software platform and is ideally suited for use with SYSCON Sensors Sampling Cups, Thermocouple Tips and Lances.
