Ship us your pyrometer and we'll do a complete system check including calibration, and then return your instrument with a new certificate from our lab. Turnaround time is approximately 10 days for this service and the cost is $150 per instrument.
Alternately, did you know that we can provide a NIST certified test instrument for a DIY calibration? If you select this option, we'll ship you one of our certified calibration instruments with instructions on performing your own calibration and generating an updated certificate. You can do calibration tests and generate certificates on one or multiple instruments on-site and with minimal downtime. The cost of this service is $150 and you must return the calibration instrument within 30 days.
*Industry standard practices require updated certification on an annual basis.
Our initial inspection and basic repair / calibration fee is $150 per instrument. If we find that your instrument needs major repairs, we’ll provide you a quote for any additional costs before proceeding. Typical turnaround time is about 2 weeks.
All instrument repairs include calibration at no additional charge, and return shipping is included.
